How can we help?
We want EbookVoice to just work. If something isn't right, or you're not sure how to use a feature, get in touch and we'll help.
Common questions
How do I convert an EPUB to an audiobook?
Open the app, tap the upload area on the Library screen, select an EPUB file from your device, pick a voice, and start the conversion. You can keep browsing the app while it runs in the background.
Which files are supported?
EPUB files only. The app does not currently support PDFs, MOBI, or DRM-protected files. You must own, have written, or otherwise be legally entitled to convert the content you upload.
Why did my conversion fail?
The most common causes are a corrupted EPUB, an unusually large file, or a temporary server issue. Try re-uploading the file. If it still fails, email us with the book title and approximate file size and we'll investigate.
Can I listen offline?
Yes. Once a chapter has finished converting, you can play it back without an internet connection.
Managing your subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple through your Apple ID. To change plan, update payment details, or cancel:
- On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions.
- Or open this link on your Apple device: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
- Select EbookVoice to view, change, or cancel the subscription.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. EbookVoice does not process refunds directly — refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Account and data
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Profile, and tap Delete Account. This removes your account, your uploaded books, and your generated audio. The action is permanent. If you can't access the app, email us and we'll delete your data on your behalf.
How do I reset my password?
On the Login screen, tap Forgot Password and follow the instructions sent to your email.
